Deposit Notes: Please specify your desired room at checkout. To confirm that this room is available at time of your registration, please click the "register now" button under the corresponding room on the primary retreat page. If you make a deposit for a room that is no longer available, you will have the option of choosing another room or receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $17 processing fee.
Payment Plans: After completing your deposit, you will receive a form to fill out with your desired schedule of payments to complete the remainder of your registration fees. Please note, all payments must be complete by October 1, 2023. Please note, there is not an additional fee for choosing a payment plan, but our refund & cancellation policy is stated below.
Refunds & Cancellations: Our cancellation policy is strict and firm. If you cancel prior to June 25th, 2023, you will forfeit a deposit of $599.00 plus a cancellation fee of $100.00. The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you. If you cancel on or after June 25th, 2023 you will forfeit ALL money rendered.
