Tanmaya is a devoted mind-body therapist, feminine wisdom keeper, and mentor with over 25 years of practice. She is trained in Focusing, movement and dance therapy (M.A.), Clarity Breathwork, holistic nutrition (IIN), and yoga.
Tanmaya is the founder of 4Bodies Therapy, a holistic method that integrates the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual into a unified path of embodied healing.
As she navigates her own menopausal transition, Tanmaya has dedicated her work to supporting women’s health—weaving together deep knowledge of hormonal shifts, nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle practices.

About Your Guide
I’m Pauline, a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, musician, and mother. I’ve been teaching full time for over 20 years, with more than 10,000 hours guiding women through transformation, healing, and deep connection to their bodies.
My work is rooted in lived experience. As I moved through perimenopause, I came face to face with a body that was changing in ways I didn’t expect. My sleep shifted, my energy became hyper sensitive, and the practices and rhythms that had supported me for years no longer worked in the same way. It was humbling, and at times disorienting.
That experience asked me to slow down, to listen more deeply, and to completely recalibrate how I was caring for myself.
I turned toward what I’ve spent decades teaching and living—nervous system regulation, Kundalini yoga, nourishment, cleansing, and natural healing—and began to rebuild my energy and vitality in a new way. Not by pushing harder, but by working with every part of my being, right where I was at.
This journey has deepened my commitment to supporting women through this phase of life with clarity and practical tools that actually work.
Through our programs and teachings, I help women regulate their nervous systems, support their hormones and reconnect to a sense of strength, stability, and radiance in their bodies.
I live in Costa Rica with my beloved Akah and our 14 year old daughter Sahej, where I continue to deepen into devotion to a life of health, creativity, and conscious living.
